Load their site on mobile. Is it fast? Is it easy to navigate?

They might dominate the main keyword but have weak or missing content on related subtopics.

Many large sites have terrible internal linking. Pages that should be connected aren't.
If you build tight topical clusters with strong internal links, you can outrank them with less authority.

If their content reads like it was written by someone who's never actually done the thing they're writing about... that's a massive vulnerability.

Weakness #6: Over-Reliance on One Channel
If a competitor gets most of their backlinks from one source, or most of their traffic from one keyword cluster, they're fragile.
Diversified sites are harder to dislodge. Concentrated sites are vulnerable to single points of failure.
